Flashed a 1.4 with x3 3294 16 bios via http

I made a mistake and flashed my 1.4 with a 1.6 bios via http with settings on on off off off. I foud my mistake and rebooted the xbox off on off off off and the stupid browser with no warning began to flash the bios again. Now I am screwed. What are my options at this point? Can I flash from dvd or something? Thanks for your help......

Use the backup feature by pressing power and eject at the same time that should do it

Remember to close and reopen your Internet Explorer window next time!!
