Flashed bios 1mb on on off off off it rebooted itself loaded up the control area ONCE shut off xbox turned it back on with all banks off and wham i get the xecuter roks my box and it just sits there :eek: whats up ?

Why did you turn all the banks off? Boot it up with the switches the same as how you flashed it.
