flashed bios but xbox led shows green+red

hi,

i've got the xecuter 3ce and xapter solderless adaptor and got it setup properly, booted xbox got flashbios screen. done a http flash. during the flashing after yellow was 100% 25% into the green an error showed up and xbox shutdown. now when i start up the xbox with the modchip it refuses to load modchip, with red+green leds showing on eject button.

bios version updating to 3294

xbox: v1.2 or 1.4 (focus chip)

any help would be greatful.

p.s. i have the dip switches at the front of the xbox

ok moving all dips to right hand side, brings up the flashbios again

can someone tell me the right dip switches to use. i might of used a wrong one to cause it.

get to flashbios screen then set the switches to on on off off off before you start the flash.

ah yeah that worked, flashed, switched xbox on with chip enabled, xbox startup screen with logo at bottom
