Flashed BIOS ok but.....

After I flashed the BIOS the xbox turned off but when I hit the power button quickly it just frags? What do I do now? I'm running an Xecuter 3 in V1.6 with flashBIOS 3.0.0. Thank You!

what bios did u flash...u need to be flashing X3 3029 v16plus.bin.

boot into backup (press power & eject together to get a purple X on switch panel).
make sure u flash over the 3.03 flashbios (as its no good for a 1.6 anyway)
so set switches off,on,off,off,off and reflash

actually he has v1.6 xbox so flashbios 3.0.0 is ok and so is 3.0.1. 3.0.3 may give v1.6 problem though.

Edit: just reread what you wrote and it makes sense now. Only thing is I think he has an older version of X3 so both banks 1234 and 5678 have flashbios 3.0.0.

perhaps i didn't explain vey well....
because thats why i'm telling them not to overwrite bank 1-4 and flash over 5-8 , which should have been shipped with 3.03 (no good for a 1.6)
