flashed bios with x3 have i missed out files

flashed my bios a second time with x3 3018 (i think ) but i didnt include the skins etc when i burnt to disc just the bios went on the disc does this matter?
And also what do i do now pleasepleaseplease help

You dont need the skins folder but you can add it later to E:\ . Now you can either use an autoinstaller like SLayers' to install some goodies like a dashboard etc.
