flashed my x3 but now i cant see anyting on tv

i flashed my x3 when it was on the flashBIOS 3.0.3 screen did everything then now i turn my xbox on and the lights just flash red green orange, cant load up anything how can i fix this? PLEASE HELP ME!

Quick tips,
check cable to tv, try factory default if hdtv.
check switches.
Try backup Bios, hold power and eject after turning off.
