No, probe v3 does not need to be used. Assuming you are using at usbpro you should be experiencing no problem. Select usbpro port, intro drive, erase, load source-orig, load target-whatever drive lt fw, spoof source to target, write, and lock drive. Prior to all of this make sure your drive is unlocked.

Like I said in my previous posts, I have tried to intro but it says 0x80 no drive detected

This may have been answered, is the switch on the PCB set to WP1?

V1.1's have an external switch mate ;)

OP i think where your going wrong is Lite-on erase, this is for Phat's.

Follow the tutorials, there are loads about.

All that needs to be done is:-

NEW PCB - Not flashed.
Switch to WP1, intro, Yes, Power cycle. Write firmware, lock SPI, outro x2, switch to WP0.

Already Flashed PCB.
Switch to WP1, intro, Yes, power cycle, unlock spi, write firmware, lock SPI, outro x2, switch to WP0.
(May be a few bits missing as I'm going by memorey and its 2am here so forgive any little listakes, but you get the idea)

I think I had a bad flash when i first flashed it. Could that explain the 0x80 and intro problems?
Read this - the unlocked PCB is to be treated as a phat Lite-On so Lite-On erase will work for you to get it into Vendor mode (status 0x72).

Ensure the switch is set to WP#=1 when doing this and once you have achieved status 0x72, write your firmware, click the SPI status button (it should show 0x00 and will change to 0x8C), set the switch to WP#=0 and send the Outro command.

If everything went well, you should now have a functioning PCB which you can place in your drive and enjoy your games :)!
