Flashed wrong Bios, now frags in both banks

Ok so I screwed up.

I got my Xbox, I think it is v1.5, and I got it modded by modchipman. It booted up to FlashBios, and I installed two Bios's that are both obviously the wrong ones. Now all this thing does is frag when I try to booth in either bank. Is there a way to get this back? I obviously don't know much about this stuff, since I had to have modchip man install it in the first place. The bios seemed to install correctly but then made it frag. What do I have to do to clear the bad bios’s?

I have heard people talking about a backup bios or something, how do I get to that?
Also, I have an external switch with 3 switches not like the 5-bank switches most people have. I don't know if that makes a difference.

you have a x2 chip try bank 2 you should have a working flashbios
flash the x2 with x2 bios
x2 5035 for v1.0 to v1.5 xboxs
x2 5035 v16 plus for v1.6 v1.6b xboxs
if you do not have working flashbios you will have to do a hotswap or send it back to get flashbios back on chip

Buy a programmer. It will allow you to flash a hacked bios straight from your computer to the chip using the latest version of X2_Bios manager. It is the easiest way to solve your bios problems, and will leave you confident that your chip has the correct bios on it. If you still get a FRAG after you use the programmer, you can eliminate the bios as a problem and start looking at your sodering.

You could also check the installers area of the site for someone local that might have a programmer to save you the cost.
