flashed x3 fine i think...

well i installed on it a 1.0 everything seems fine even the bios flash went fine but i have a problem no picture when mod is "blue" enabled i hear it booting but NO picture .. when i boot with disabled i see the m$ booting sound and everything ,, i aslo tried the back up option i can see the cromwell bios.. the zcreen i'd seen when flashing..

what did i do wrong or is it the dip switches? please help

yep I had exact same problem 1st time .even if they look good do them again in my opinion, mine looked perfect and I couldnt see a fault I re did them and it work wahay, x3 installed end of problem

Xbox Backup Creator reads at 1.1x instead of 12x

This is a odd problem that popped up. Normally it will read a disc at 12x, now it only reads it at 1.1x max. No updates where made to my computer i can only imagine drive may be bad or on its way? The laser is fine i cleaned it couple of weeks ago.

Does it effect the image if it reads at 1.1x instead of 12x?
open to any ideas on why this happened.

yeah that's the program adjusting itself to read the discs - be patient it
will popup to 12x on some disc's... most of mine run at 4x - 6x when i rip
very rare to get 12x.
