Flashed xbox 360 lite on drive problem playing

Whenever I am play one of my backups for awhile it makes the game turn green and the textures go crazy. But when I use the same disc on my phat console it's perfectly fine. Any help would be fine. I believe I have the 9504 or 0225. Don't remember but it works for a few then does this.

Last time I saw that issue was on my old phat and was on the verge of RROD and did end up with it.
