Flashes orange and wont boot help!!!!!!!!1

I installed the xecuter 3 chip and when i turn my xbox on it comes on then turns off then comes back on and off again then on and has a solid orange light and none of the buttons work please help!

What version is your xbox, if its a 1.6 or 1.6b you probably flashed the non 1.6 version of the bios, boot into flashbios and put the right file

If it's a 1.6/1.6b, check your LPC rebuild, it's most likely the problem.
