flashftp trouble please help

i followed the tutorial and managed to get onto mirc channel but when i type t the information into flashftp it cannot connect can someone please help me.

this is what i get

are you keeping mirc open in the background do not exit mirc

you typed in /msg xbins !list in mirc
if so it should work try diff user name in mirc
