flashing 3.03

I have flashing my bios to 3.03, everything ok the xbox shutdown but when I restart I always return to the flashbios screen and my dashboard never start what should I do?

Xbox ver: 1.6b

you need to flash it with x3 3294 bios flashbios 3.0.3 is a tool to flash the chip with a bios
