Flashing BIOS via CD

Im trying to burn a bios cd using xecuters flashing help. They use Nero but I seem to have a newer version because I dont have any of the windows they got.
Any help would be great. Prefered IM chat

I used a newer version also, the windows are different but the settings are the same.

Read the flashbios tutorials, and use the network flash option. Much easier.
