Flashing MS25 on Nforce4

I got a problem detecting the Samsung drive on my computer with Asus A8N-E mobo (Nforce4 chipset), I used the edited version of mtkflash (MTKFLASH.NF4.rar) and used Xtreme Boot Maker 0.5.3 to make a USB bootstick, and followed this tut. I tried every combination with turning the xbox on, pc on, other side around, connecting the sata cable in dos, connecting when both are off, etc, etc.. (disconnected all HDD's and DVD burner). Then, when I try to xRead the MS25 it gives the error "No Device Detected", when I don't remove all drives, the reading freezes.

So my computer simply can't detect the MS25, is it because there's something wrong with my motherboard, or is it something else I'm doing wrong?

We are on a LAN and I used my friends computer with Gigabyte motherboard and it worked perfectly at once with the normal mtkflash, how do I get the drive recognized on my computer? On my friends computer it was also showing in the bios... So how do I get it recognized on my comp?
