Flashing my xbox 360 a question

Is there a way to flash my xbox 360 without opening it. I really do not feel comfortable opening it.

Some one told me you could do it with a connectivity kit like this one.

I didn't check the link but if that is a 360 Blaster you'll still have to open the box to install it. No way around it. Gotta open it at least one time to flash it.
