I am a total Newb here.
I hope you guys can help me out. I did a search and didnt seem to find anything that had a problem similar to mine.

I have X3 installed in a xbox ver. 1.0
It boots to flashbios 3.0.1
I enable network flashing.
Then I open up IE and point to the xbox.
It actually says that its flashing the Bios, Then it shuts off like its supposed to do.
Everything seems to work great. But when I boot up the xbox after the flash, it boots right into flashbios 3.0.1 again. Ive tried everything. Ive made all the changes to my switches to try to make sure its not in protect mode and everything.

Shouldnt I be able to boot to a different screen now?

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Thank you guys so much for any help you can provide.

When you say flash via network you really mean flash via http right? Because if you're using IE that's what you're doing.

I think maybe I was flashing with the wrong bios?
Where can I get a good bios to flash onto the xbox?

BINGO!

That's why I asked what bios you're using.

Oh yeah... um... what bios are you using?

What problem? You mean flashing FlashBIOS to your chip and wondering why FlashBIOS keeps appearing? Or the problem with the power/eject?
