LITEON 74850 Flashing Phat Lite on with LT 3.0

Hi

I joined xbox live a few days ago so xbox now has latest dash (16202?). Do I still need to restore to stock etc before flashing with LT 3.0?

Just seems that I would be restoring to stock, running update....when I already have latest dash.

I understand the risk in doing the xbox live update on cfw but that's happened. Is there now any point/advantage in reverting to stock, doing update again then reflashing to LT 3.0....?

Sorry, to clarify:

I don't need to update, just need to flash with LT 3.0. I was just querying the normal process of revert to stock, update....in these circumstances.

I guess I can just flash with LT 3.0 now.

This is a confusing thread...did you already have lt3 flashed...if so you dont need to do again
If it was not already flashed...you are already on stock !!!!
The update doesnt return it to stock
