flashing problem

I had the xecuter 3284 bios installed i then swopped to bank 5-8. On bank 5-8 was the v3.01. I flashed bank 5-8 with the evolution-x bios. But then i realised that the evolution-x bios was 256k . When i try to switch to bank 5-8 it just comes up with the old bios(xecuter 3284 bios). pls can sum1 help me?

please can you 'explain if you have a bios x3 instaled on you x3 or you have juste a evox bios on your x3 or the two bios are in the x3 at separate bank sorry iam french my english is so bad

I have an x3 bios and an evox bios installed on an x3 modchip. Both of the bios are in seperate banks, but the evox bios is on a 1mb bank instead of the 256k bank and i cant seem to open the evox bios.

look what you canb do is easy boot at your orginal x3 bios on the x3 connfgi live and use the ftp connection in "setting>networks" to configure your ftp and connect to you xbox and in a partion of our choice tranfer and bios evox m8 for 1.6 or for 1.0to1.5 to corepond to your xbox.

you have finish the transfert of you bios select in main menu of x3 biox the "bios tools" and "flash main room" select you bios file in the good partion fo you hdd ans you can see a screen with a choice of bank 1to 8 for 256k flash selct one (if you have you x3 bios in bank 1234 DONT use bank 1 to 4) and flash with you bios ands restart and configure you panel to boot at the good bank normaly it run

ahhhhhh i get ya now, ive only put the evox bios on so it will boot straight to the evox dashboard, but i dnt ave the evox dashboard on .
