Flashing Problems

How can i start this thread well Problem Problem Problems lol

I hope someone can help me

I have a v1.5 X-box with the dreded Thomson Drive, installed a X3 chip boots up into FlashBIOS 3.0.1

Made a DVD using the guide www.teamexecuter.com/flashbios but still not reading it, probably the awful drive i have

So tried using my network cable to hook up but it detects the Network Connection then i get Limited or no connectivity, and of course the static ip 192.168.0.99 doesnt work.

Also another one here ive tried booting into Normal box mode by holding down the power button for a few seconds but the box just goes off and comes back on with FlashBIOS, i dont really know why that is and cant find any answers

cheers for the help but trust me i know how to use winrar

i have made the flashbios page and followed the instructions to the letter but still get the problems above

ive read aome threads about normal dashboard not loading but there seems to be no reply to them all

Just to let people know i finally got it to flash through Network cable

and now it blank screens i know whats said about checking pins 13 and 14 but im using a no solder adapter and all the pins look aligned with the holes and its lying flat with the board

hope someone can help me out

Can't Edit my posts but i have now flashed EvoX to my Chip and its working fine

Have the 3.3v and 5v blue lights, have the 3 blue LEDs lit on the X3aptr and the red light which means D0 is fine have wiggled a tweaked the x3aptr but still no luck with the black screen problem.

Also when i try to boot M$ dashboard it comes on then goes off and boots back up EvoX

could it be a faulty chip or am i missing summit really simple here?

Ok doing some tests with My multimeter it seems pin 13 isnt getting any voltage on the chip

when no chip plugged in a get 3.25v but when the chip is inserted the 3.25v isnt there but i can read the voltages of the other pins,without any drops or loss in voltage

so gotta be a flauty chip right?

Ok ive managed to solve one of my problems myself flashed with the brand new bios and now working

Booting to M$ still a problem

the LED's are flashing orange and green
