LITEON 74850 Flashing question

Hey guys, I have a LITEON 74850 and I want to flash it.
I have a SATA capable PC and VIA 6421 SATA Card. Do I need any other piece of Hardware aside from the Probe III?

not required, but I would advise a ck3 lite/pro/i to power.
