Flashing the new bios for X3?

OK right now i have x3 and the 2914 bios and i want to put the new one on .......that just came out ......how do i do this ???

or if u are not 2 sure... Turn xbox on, hold white button, have the switches to 5678 (off, on, off, off, off) then transfer the 3029 bios to the xbox by FTP using the link above.
