Flashing with XBOX 360 USB

Hi i just bought the X360 USB with FREE V2 Team Xecuter Connectivity Kit and was wondering if anyone was willing to put up some steps on how to flash the xbox with this device.

I have an acer laptop, i have read many tutorials such as textbook on 360mods but they are for connecting with SATA and it goes on about different chipsets. With the XBOX360 does it matter which chipset i have?

Any help would be appreciated.

? can i flash my hitachi 47 with a USb to sata converter??

Yes, you should be able to flash your hitachi with that.

You can flash Hitachi version 46 , 47, and 59 drives with the SATA > USB adapter. The steps are the same as the tutorials. Get the drive into ModeB using the connectivity kit, hooked up to USB, and flash with Maximus 2.3r2.
