LITEON 93450 Flashing without any tools

Hi All,

I ran through the Jungle Flasher Tutorial for flashing the drive seems quite comprehensive on its instructions but certain things which i want to ask before i go about flashing the drive.

• I already have DVD key its flashed to LT 1.1
• I don't have any tools to power on the drive I'm planning power the drive via Xbox 360 itself.
• Do i have to put the DVD Drive in half tray open even before i open the Jungle Flasher first time ? or only when i click on Lite On Erase ?
• Once I hit on Lite On Erase do i have to power on and power off drive when i click on Yes first time or second time I mean at what point should the 360 be powered on and off first yes or second ?
• When I tried to open the LT 2.0 firmware in target firmware but it still shows LT 1.1 is it normal ? I'm manually opening the target firmware
• Whats the correct way of flashing , I'm on Dashboard prior to Dashboard which flashes to stock
  - Flash to Stock , Update the DashBoard , Flash to LT 2.0 , does it matter if i don't flash to stock and just go with updating the dashboard and then flashing to LT 2.0 ?

Why post on the tx forum without using any of there products. Flash back to ur stock firmware(depending on which drive) then update then flash 2.0 0251

As above - this is a TX product support forum...how can we provide support if you're not using the tools? ...have a chat with the guys on the jungleflasher IRC - providing u have donated to them of course

ha sounds like a guy that called me earlier to flash four boxes and as the story went on they were ones he already charged people for an [email protected] up and then still tried to make money by haggling my price to fix

Lol wants advise on how to do it, get the correct tools and I'm sure there will be tons of helpers for you, and never power the drive via Xbox as you will mos likely be flagged/ banned.

I thought people would be helpful in me advising on this , but seems like people are more interested in selling there products, I would appreciate if you can advise on it.

I don't sell TX products - I come on here to help people who use them.......
If u don't use them - or don't want to use them, there are other sites that provide free support for DIY methods......we're here to help people with TX stuff
You wouldn't go to Maplins and say "I just bought this graphics card in PC World - could you tell me how to work it please?" lol

There are plenty of tuts on here for the TX stuff - they might point u in the right direction

Give it to someone who knows what he is doing before you end up with an expensive effing doorstop:facepalm: if your not prepared to read the tuts and buy the products needed u gonna screw it up somewhere down the line
