Flashing without Flashbios?

Ok.... i bought a pre-modded xbox a few weeks ago, and i LOVE this thing!
it works great, but i want MORE!

Here's my issue though...
the previous owner flashed some oddball bios, that just apears as "Unknown" in every dashboard i've used. i decided it would be good to flash to the standard Xecuter bios.

so i download it and, pop it onto the drive, then flip the switch from bank 2 to 1. reboot and nothing.

The FlashBios isn't there at all. is there an application i can use to load the FlashBios on to the chip to load the new bios? Can i use the slayers disk?

Please HELP!

P.S. Forgot to mention, it's an Xecuter 2.6CE. i've opened it to verify this myself.

download FLASHX2
ftp it to your apps folder
ftp into a bios folder thats in flashx2 the flashbios bios
reboot xbox find and run flashx2
do hard drive flash
flash chip with flashbios to bank 2 or both
reboot with switch on bank 2
you should have flashbios

flash flashbios that works with your xbox
flashbios 3.0.1 works on v1.0 to v1.6 xboxs but not v1.6b
flashbios 3.0.3 work on v1.0 to v1.5 and v1.6b xbox but not v1.6 xboxs
