Flashing Woes (xapter + 2.6ce)

So everything was working great up until i flashed the bios. I have a v1.4-1.5 xbox.

Bank 1 - flashed it to 4981.67 bios. rebooted, and now its fragging.
Bank 2 - flashed it first to 4981.06 bios. rebooted, and led me back to the FlashBios screen. Then i tried flashing Bank 2 to the 4983.06 bios. Did the same thing and led me back to the FlashBios screen.

Somehow, i got back to the Bank 1 FlashBios screen. I then flashed that to 4983.06. But then it fragging again.

I even tried pushing down as hard as i could without breaking it while turning it on, and it still Frags. What else can i do? Of note, my Xapter has a solid red light and not a flashing red light. It used to flash, now it's just solid.

you should be flashing with x2 5035 bios
how are you flashing bios

Sounds like you didn't resize the bios files. They are 256k, and need to be 512k. 5035 is already 512k, so you won't have to worry about it. The reason you are seeing flashbios after flashing from bank 2 is because that is how flashbios works. It will always flash the first 512k of your bios file to bank 1, it doesn't matter what bank you have booted from or which bank you have selected.
