Do i have to flash only 512K of the Xecuter 2.6CE in my version 1.0 xbox or do I have to flash 1MB?????

you can do either, selct using the bank select on the xecuter switch ( either bank 1 or bank 2 ) both 512.
It may be easier to download a program called flashX run it from your dashboard and flash the chip that way.
