GENERAL flat head size?

I'm currently installing my replacement PCB into the xbox, im nearly finished but all I need to do is screw in the different colored wires into the small board:

what type of screwdriver size or random household object can assist in the tightening of these?

Surely you have a selection of flat head screwdrivers.

Or an electricians screwdriver.

Or just a plain old socket screwdriver set with multiple possi and flat head attachments..

Apparently taking a screwdriver and sizing it up against the screw is far too difficult.....
