how to fix it ?

If it's an XBL console, phone Microsoft.

If it isn't, dump the NAND and check the SMC Config to get the reset code.

yup,and smc isnt even encrypted,so you dont need full stop rgh,just dump nand

as BL4K3Y said ring microsoft and they will give you the correct buttons to press in console settings/information but u have to register your xbox first https://myservice.xbox.com/en-GB/Pages/Welcome.aspx

I get lots of consoles with family locks on them. Just go to the support area on Microsoft's xbox site and message one of the people with your serial number and say you need to remove the family lock. They will send you the code, takes about 10 minutes.
