Hi guys,

I am complete donkey and forgot where I stored my old cpu key.

I have a RGH v1
I have FSD v2.2 rev 725 and XEX menu
I have the flashdmp file from flash360
I dont seem to have xell so cant use the eject tray.
In homebrew I have flash360, freestyle 3, nxe2god, xexmenu and xm360
Console is a trinity.

Its been a while since I updated the dash currently its on 2.0.16203.0

I am trying to update my dash to latest version but stuck on filling out xebuild 2.0 without the cpu key. I am not sure if I will come up against any other obsticle but any advice and help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

If it's a Trinity it can't be RGH1. Use Dashlaunch to view the key, dump the nand with nandflasher update in JRunner to the latest dash and write with nandflasher

Do you have any nand? Try load that in j-runner. It should show you a cpu key. But it is very easy to update. Download for example simple nand flasher. Run it in fsd or whatever. Dump your nand to usb key. Open dump in j-runner, there will be all information also cpu key. Simply rebuild new image, copy to simple nand flasher and again in fsd flash with new nand. Simple :)

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the help, ok I managed to update dashlaunch that I had and noticed that I had downloaded xell so from there I was able to get my cpu / dvd key and then updated using xebuild2.0 and then used flash360 to write nand and then went to flash 360 and applied the update dash on the xbox 360. Thought I would leave this on here in case it helps someone else. Thanks for all help guys it was much appreciated.

For future reference. You should just use J-Runner for updates. It has a nice and painless update feature, it even uses your LAN, so you all you have to do is plug an Ethernet cable into your router.
