apparently I accidentally pulled the STBY_CLK pad. I was able to bridge the connection, and the system will power up, but won't boot without the coolrunner installed. I was under the impression that the system should boot fine without the coolrunner.

Could this be a problem with the nand? Should I try reflashing back to the original nand? If so should I try to repair the bad blocks or just restore the original nand as is?

Original nand dump is still as is, with bad blocks and all. Im not really sure how to go back to the original nand, but I'll search the forums and reflash back the original nand and see what happens. To be honest, I just dont like the fact that something seems to be not working. I originally just wanted to create a replacement retail image in order to remove the flags(offline) that were causing profile corruption. But, if I cant get the damn thing to boot without the coolrunner I'll go all the way Jtag with it. So I win either way.
