This is about the 25th xbox I have built and first one with a problem.
I did all the research here and saw many of the threads were repeats. So without asking the same questions, can someone please verify this voltage as being deamed acceptable with my chip enabled and voltage checked from back of the 2.6ce.

Do I need to get you guys the voltage with the chip off to confirm as well?
Basically I am get reboot/frag now. It worked fine for hours, shipped it off, worked fine then started fraging. Sometimes xbox comes up fine with the chip off, other times it frags then also.
I checked all of my solder points (with header) and the voltage above. No char/burned marks on the board anywhere.
I am beginning to think I may have a bad switch. For the life of me, I can't remember the bios I used to flash it. But either bank gives me frag when I select them on the switch. (which may not even be changing banks if the darn thing is on the blink)
