OK,
So i just installed X3CE, it came with the 3.0.1 BIOS on it, but when i go to flash the bios on the 1mb bank and then it reboots, it shuts down, and then i restart only to have nothing happen, it turns on but no video, and then after a while my xbox eject button lights up red. Now if i try to over ride the chip i get FRAG and i cant boot the MS dashboard, i get a 05 error code.... PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY, IM POOR AND DONT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER XBOX oh yeah i have a 1.6b with the rebuild board

first i think u may have a 1.6 as 3.01 does not work with a b...if u get a frag (Flashing Red And Green) then u have probably flashed the wrong bios...or u do not have the correct switch settings.

A 1.6b has HYNIX ram

The error 05 BTW is HD not locked...( i guess u replaced the hd )

Please confirm the version then we can go from there...
