To anyone who can help :-
I've been trying to troubleshoot what is wrong with my installation of the X3 chip in the xbox. I've checked for solder splashes, continuity test (which passed), etc and I can't find anything wrong.
I tested the continuity (http://www.utahxboxrepair.com/pictures/xbox/mobo ) from the X3 chip itself when plugged into the pin header to the bottom of the LPC. So everything is definitely soldered.
I've also checked the voltages from the pins of the LPC and I find that it all corresponds to the voltages given on http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/lpc-diag.php EXCEPT the LCLK (pin 2). LCLK measured on my xbox is 1.6V (multimeter set at 2V scale). Is that what is causing the FRAGGING? I'm lost as to what else it could be..
Anyone care to shed some light? This isn't my first mod - I've done couple of others (1.6xbox) and never taken so long to troubleshoot a FRAG problem.
P/S: 5v and 3.3v light on the X3 is on as well.
