FRAG on 1.6b

Hey,

I just got my x2.6CE and installed in on my 1.6b using the rebuild module.

Far as I can see I soldered everything fine (then again I haven't soldered before). When I try to turn my xbox on, it FRAGS.
I only haven't connect the hard drive or cd rom back to the mobo but everything else is connect. (My friend with a 3 installed says it should work with them plugged in).

When I boot, it restarted itself 3 times and then just stays on FRAG.
The LED on the x2.6 goes blue. And on the switch I get the chip LED on, and the other two off.
(If I move the LED switch on the control, all the LEDs go on)

The FRAG'ing and rebooting happen with the chip is on or off according to the control.

I am guessing I messed up a solder, but I can't see which one.
What normally causes a FRAG?

I did a bit of resoldering, and it boots with the chip turned off from the control.
But still does the same thing with the chip turned on.

What do you got on the screen? Have you tried switching the banks?

I tried both banks, and turning flash protect on and off.
Didn't change anything.

Nothing comes up on the screen.

Any ideas?
