Re: Jungleflasher Can't detect my BenQ drive.

Your Primary port will have you hdd plug in to it! switch them over (make sure you turn pc of first) and then whist booting the pc turn the benq wen the win screen comes up. then see if it fines it! if not try every port. and click refresh each time.

Also is it stock?

Re: Jungleflasher Can't detect my BenQ drive.

Sorry to keep this thread alive but one last question...

I see 4 SATA ports on my motherboard but my JF picks up 5 ports in the dropdown menu..0xFE00 0xFE10 0xFE20 0xFE30 and 0xFEC0..any idea where that fifth port might be??could be worth a try??

Re: Jungleflasher Can't detect my BenQ drive.

Hi Jay, tbh if it was me, i would disable your onboard sata in bios, install xp onto an ide drive, install jungleflasher and follow the jungleflasher guide step by step. Make sure you have installed correct version of net framework, portio, and removed the via drivers correctly as in the guide. Use a known good sata lead - Plug the drive into the primary port of the via card. It should work! If not post back, see if anyone will b able to shed some light on this..
