Fraggin and no clue why

well im guessing that my chips installed wroing or at least thats the response but everyhing is beautiful...x3 v1.6 no cromwell nothin.. just the ol red led and no the rca's are hooked up any explenation would be nice thanks guys

What's red? The X3 logo or the Eject button? Do you have a blank screen?

ok - keep pressing the eject button - it'll change colour and go back to red. keep doing it. You should eventually see a flashBIOS screen. It may take a minute or two.

well now i downloaded the new flashbios but the dam orange fragging doesnt let me access the original flashbios long enough for me to try and change it, and not to mention the screens now black and white and rolling....extremely aggrivating....thanks for the shoulder guys

LiteOn Drive not reading disks sometimes

My drive is flashed with LT Plus 1.1 and when I try to load backs or originals of Zumba with kinect the disk will not read. Open/Close Loop. If i turn off the xbox and reboot with disk in drive it will read. Any suggestions?

At a guess given the information I'd say cheap media, Try using Verbatim discs or your laser maybe on the way out, But I'd go with the 1st thought.

With your response, I am guessing my drive is about to go. The original disk isn't reading half the time either.

Yeah sounds like the lasers going, You can either buy a new laser or a new drive.

I had an extra drive that the eject button wasn't working on, so I swapped the lasers. Worked perfectly!
