fragging after flash...... please help

ok obviously this if my first experience with modding. i installed the chip, after several fragging problems, but managed to deal with it on my own, now i'm having a problem flashing my chip, i discovered the location of just about any file i would need, but didnt really know which bios to use, well i ended up flashing xecuter2_4978.3 512k file, and now bank 1 which i flased fraggs, bank to loads up fine flashbios 3.0.3, and with the chip off loads fine too. oh and the chip is the xecuter 2.6 CE and my xbox version is 1.6. i'm scared to try anything else at this point, and really need some help.

THANK YOU for that i got the bios up and running now, so being new at this i'm kinda stumpt as to what to do next i know i need to download a dashboard, and i think i'm going to use avalanch unless told otherwise, but if anyone has any advice here please anything would be appreciated

how do i go about installing this, sorry i know i'm pretty much completly clueless, honestly i'm suprised i got this far, i'v played games all my life, and a good bit, but this is my first time actually altering them, if there's a site that can explain how to install and use the dash that would fine.
