Fragging

Ok i did everything correctly, i made a dvd-r and had the BIOS.bin and the DUMMY.bin files and it said it was flashing, then at the end of the screen it said 'erase failed' and now it just keeps turning on and off...please tell me i didn't screw this up. Thanks for any help.

Just kidding, usually all the problems have a solution, so don´t worry, hehe, first we need more info., like does it show something up in the screen before it frags?, have you booted from the other bank?, reply so any of us can help you more...

Yea in bank 2 it frags and just basically keeps tryin to turn on and then finall after like 2 times of restarting itself it does turn on but there is just a black screen. Basically i then booted it up in bank 1 with the flash protection on it, then when it comes up the Cromwell screen comes up for flashing. I then assume i would take the flash protection off, but i'm kind of scared of doign so until i can figure out what the problem is. Thanks for any help that you may be able to provide.

be sure that you are flashing the appropriate version bios in accordance with the version of your box

also using the latest X2 5035 bios is a good idea
