Fraging after Flashing, need help please

I've found a ton of posts with this problem, but with little solution.

I followed the teamxecuter.com tutorial to flash the bios. Everything is fairly easy and I thought I did it right. But now when i start it up, it frags on me. I've tried different bios's, 3294, 1959, 1463. And i get the same result with all of them.

But there is one odd thing i noticed. When i start it up, i get this screen:

From there it goes on to the normal menu and let's me flash the bios (which doesn't work). I've checked the mod chip and the outside panel and the protection is for sure *off*. So I don't know why i get the screen above.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use a xecutor3 chip, a 1.6 xbox (i beleive), and i get FlashBIOS 3.0.1. I beleive that's all the info that matters.

Are you using the v16plus version of the bios?

No, i don't beleive so. I found the ftp info at mirc (distribution.xbins.org) went there to /XBOX/bios/Xecuter/Xecuter3/ and downloaded the bios there. I see people mentioning this v16plus version, but I don't know where it is. Where can i find it? Is it on that ftp? Do you think that is the problem?

Thats what my problem was. Mine was fragging everytime I went to start up. the v16plus worked perfectly. It was in the same RAR file as the normal one.
