Frags for EVERYTHING

Ya my modchip frags for everything, someone help me plz! I cant even get into 256k backup, i tried to unplug the control switch that wont do it either. It all happened cuz i used a flashing program and it said FULL CHIP ERASED and then froze, so i tried rebooting and no luck. What would cause the backup to quit working? it worked at one point but then i threw the xbox around alot and i never tried it since. HELP

so you tryed power eject at sametime

yup, no good, what would cause the 256k backup to quit working? it worked at one point then it got moved around alot. i have a 1.2-1.5 xbox

ya new problem now, i was just putting everything back together right? then the xbox turned on and now the xecuter thing just stayes red , what now!
