FreeBoot and eFuses? (Answered)

I read somewhere that the new freebooters keeps jtags from updating and bricking and that the bridging of the solder points on the under side of the board is no longer nessary? Can anyone confirm?

They have virtual efuses but I would still bridge the points

What your refering to is the dashlaunch. Dashlaunch you can set setting to block M$ updates from coming threw.

Above all else, I would stress that ALL JTAG consoles should have some form of hardware eFuse protection applied.
