if you have xexmenu installed and and have it setup in dashlaunch then boot to it and either reinstall FSD or remove any skins you may have been using (leaving only default skin)

This can be fixed by deleting your F3 folder and re-installing it.

I typically just put the F3 folder on a FAT32 flash drive, boot to the stock dash by holding RB during boot, then use XexMenu to delete the old one, and recopy the new one to the same place.

If you name the folder the same as it was, your console will still boot to F3 automatically without having to change the dashlaunch settings.

Or you could switch to aurora, which has a smoother UI, and doesnt freeze as much, a built in trainer system, and swizzy is currently working on the retroarch cores so you can launch emulator roms from aurora. More on that here http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/4642-aurora-integrated-emulators/

I keep asking for coverflow for roms, but swizzy is pretty adamant about it not happening. :( but whatever, the fact that he actually took on the project is awesome as it is.

I'd suggest Aurora too, it's actually continuing to be developed, where F3 is not, so any bugs that are there are not going to get fixed (unless someone happens to pick the project back up, but I doubt that is likely to happen). Also the cleaner UI of Aurora makes navigating to games easier IMO.
