Freezes when doing anything

my 360 just started having this problem a few days ago. A few minutes into anything i was doing, except just sitting there, it would freeze. By anything I mean, games, mp3 player, anything. I think it has been overheating for some reason, and i dont think it has anything to do with firmware, its been flashed sfor a couple months.

Any info would be nice. Thnx in advance.

It's probably starting down the path to the RRoD, your best bet is to do the x-clamp fix on it now since you can't do much with it as it is anyway.
