Patching the new 2.5 games

Hey guys.

Im used to just burning my backups via .dvd file. (have a no stealth FW)

Updating to LT+

Can someone run through the steps for getting these patches on the new games? I heard PPF first then ABGX and the other way around?

Confused.

If you go a few pages in, there are updated instructions by the poster saying its the other way around.

1. Patch PPF First
2. Then run through latest ABGX

USE NEW ABGX 1.0.4 - will auto patch for you!

Can you please just be so kind to just let us know how to use ABGX? You load the iso, then leave everything as default? What boxes should be checked?

click on the welcome bar it has comprehensive instructions of what stuff does!

Read through all of that. Very informative. Learned a lot more about how it works.

I just want to make sure I have these steps correct.

1 - Load ISO
2 - Make sure disable writes is unchecked
3 - under options, have first 3 checked, check/fix Video padding UNCHECKED - right?
4 - Set autofix to level 3 and have all checked except adjust ss V1 angle
5 - Rebuild using default method

Sorry to jump on your post m8.

So am I reading this right..

Running the iso through abgx will patch the game with AP2.5 if it is needed and available automaticlly ? No more manual patching?

Just make sure that Autofix 3 is selected and away you go.
