I noticed you're not using the standard cable for CPU_RST.

It might be your cable is the wrong impedence (taking a pot shot here).

Use the CPU_RST wire from the CR pack. You have wiring from phat and slim, so plenty to choose from.

I'll try it again, I switched to a thicker insulated wire to see if it made any difference.
