ANSWERED fried resistor near CPU_PPL_BYPASS

I think resistor on my board was fried. Can anyone tell me what nominal value of this resistor (one black under the hole)?

I don't believe that just a new resistor will be enough.
Were the pads shorted?
Use a multimeter to check the via, seems like it all is burned of.

Recently my XBOX with RGH was OK, but I disassemble it to change thermo paste under GPU and CPU heatsinks. But I accidentally broke the point with wire.
Then I use "Alternate RGH Points - How To Fix When You [email protected]*k up" to restore point, but after that my BOX doesn't boots and blinks with green LED on Power On
