From Disc?

Probly a silly question...but i'll ask none the less, can i overwrite my x3 bios with a new one from a dvdrw? or do i have to ftp the new? i havent been able to find anything on the forums about it, only the ftp way, thanks guys

if you can ftp to your xbox just put the updated bios in a folder call the folder bios then ftp it to your xbox in to C/ folder then do your update that way saves on dvd,s

eventually i will ftp to my box but at the moment i don't....wanted to update/overwite my current bios from disc if it is possible and a quik point in the right direction as to how..appreciate your help DJBOOBY

go to xecuter site read how too make a bios cd
and use a cd-rw not cd-r when doing it
