erm at no point does the op metion using a via card and this is clearly an incompatible sata issue or the via card drivers are still installed. you can resend the command as much as you like but unless you have a via card with the drivers not installed inside your pc you are banging your head against a brick wall effectively.
you could also get a usb pro instead of a via card. not having the recommended tools is a waste of time and effort most of the time.

Yes i am flashing from stock to ltplus 2.0 but it froze during the write step and and now the drive is erased and it wont show up in jflasher

Its not a compatibility issue. Ive used this via 6421 sata card 4 times on 4 different consoles and it was working fine with this one until my pc ffroze and it froze after i did the liteon erase tab so it erased the drive and didnt write anything. so basically i have an empty drive. But i kno its not an issue with the sata card

no you have to manualy remove them from your pc driver folder as another member stated a few posts back. if they are installed you get this very issue you are having. windows will try and install th driver after a reboot so maybe someone else installed them again. the jungle flasher guide tells you exactly how to remove the driver and its possible names.

OK thanks but heres the thing. I just connected 3 drives i have and they all show up in jungleflasher. So it seems that it is not a compatibility issue with my via vt6421 pci sata card. So what else could it be ???

The fact that the drive is detected doesn't always mean a fault free flash unfortunately, as are the perils with using native sata for 360 drives. The drivers should be removed when you do this as per the JF tutorial because even if the drive is seen by the application with the drivers installed, it can still refuse to dump/flash or freeze during the process.

Look for the folder called "viamraid.sys"
