Froze screen @ Flash BIOS 3.0.1

I installed the X3 chip and everything is connected but when i turned it on the blue FlashBIOS 3.0.1 screen comes up yet i can not choose any of the options and i know the controllers work and they work when i disable the chip in MSDash.

ok make sure u use standard M$ controllers no mem cards or communicators connected.
or if u have the dvd dongle then use that to navigate menus

Yes i just put in a M$ controller instead of my 3rd party controller
